01Filing a notice
If you believe content on blackhat.ink or any Black Hat-operated site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@blackhat.ink that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a direct URL is best); (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
02How we respond
We review every valid DMCA notice within 72 hours of receipt. If the notice is complete and the claim appears valid on its face, we remove or disable access to the material and email the user who posted it.
If the notice is missing required elements or is obviously fraudulent, we may decline to act and will email the sender explaining what's missing.
03Counter-notices
If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@blackhat.ink with: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the removed material and its prior location; (c) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; (d) your contact information and a consent to jurisdiction in the federal court for your address; and (e) a statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
If we receive a proper counter-notice, we forward it to the complainant. If they don't sue within 10–14 business days, we will restore the content.
04Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts that engage in repeat infringement, in the operator's reasonable judgment.
